Day 1: Home -Boothbay Harbor Our Maine adventure to one of the most picturesque harbors begins this morning. On our travels we will make a stop at Freeport USA, the home of L.L.Bean’s Flagship store. Here you can enjoy shopping time and lunch. Our later afternoon arrival in Boothbay brings us to our hotel accommodations for the next two nights, the Boothbay Harbor Inn overlooking the Harbor. This ideal location is right next to the famous footbridge with easy access to downtown Boothbay with its many shops and restaurants. This evening we take our seat for the musical performance at the Carousel Dinner Theater. Enjoy a fun filled evening with the lively performance, An All American Roadtrip. Your evening will include the performance and sit-down dinner. (Dinner show included)

Day 2: Audubon Puffin Cruise – Lobster Bake After breakfast we board our Audubon Puffin Cruise. See firsthand the National Audubon Society’s success in reestablishing a puffin colony on Eastern Egg Rock. Truly a magnificent “Seafari” for all nature lovers with seals, blue heron, an occasional whale, and other coastal wildlife along the way. We also pass by 3 lighthouses,, see many islands, coastline, Fisherman’s Island, Ocean Point, Spruce Point, Tumbler Island, White Islands, and much more! Returning to land early afternoon there will be time to enjoy downtown Boothbay with its many shops and eateries. This evening a lobster dinner is included at the hotel. Day 3: Kennebunkport - Home After breakfast we head south to the charming seaside town of Kennebunkport. On our guided tour, we will drive past sandy beaches, rocky coastline, and the George Bush estate on Walker’s Point. Learn about the area's shipbuilding and the legend of the Wedding Cake House. Visit the seaside Franciscan Monastery, with lovely grounds, outdoor shrines and chapel. Returning to downtown Kennebunkport there will be time for lunch and shopping in this charming town. Midafternoon we travel home with wonderful memories of our Boothbay Harbor getaway (Breakfast included)
